    WHAT IS HEALTH COACHING?

    NOT THERAPY. NOT MENTORING.

    Something different, and powerful.

Health coaching is a proactive, prevention-first approach to wellness. Your coach works alongside you (or your child, or your organization) to set goals, build skills, and create lasting change in emotional health, relationships, confidence, and healthy habits. It is not about what is wrong. It is about what is possible.

    ADOLESCENTS (13 TO 17)

    SOUND FAMILIAR?

    • •"I'm fine." (Said by every teen who is not fine.)
    • •"Everybody else has it figured out but me."
    • •"I can't talk to my parents about this."
    • •"I have so much going on that I just shut down."

    WHAT CHANGES

They learn how to calm down when things get loud, speak up for themselves, and make choices they feel good about. And they get a trusted adult in their corner who is not their parent or their teacher.

    YOUNG ADULTS (18 TO 24)

    SOUND FAMILIAR?

    • •"Nobody taught me how to adult."
    • •"I know what I should be doing. I just don't do it."
    • •"I want support, but I'm not in crisis and therapy feels like a lot."
    • •"I keep ending up in the same situations."

    WHAT CHANGES

You get a plan that fits your real life, a coach who checks in on you, and habits that keep you going when motivation runs out.

    PARENTS AND CAREGIVERS

    SOUND FAMILIAR?

    • •"My child used to tell me everything. Now I get one-word answers."
    • •"I don't know how to bring up sex, social media, or mental health without it turning into a fight."
    • •"I'm doing my best, and it still feels like I'm doing it alone."
    • •"I just want them to have someone safe to talk to."

    WHAT CHANGES

Your young person gets their own coach, and you get tools to stay connected. Family Sessions bring you both to the same table with a coach guiding the conversation.

    YOUTH-SERVING ORGANIZATIONS

    SOUND FAMILIAR?

    • •"Our staff are pouring from an empty cup."
    • •"Students are bringing more into the building than we are equipped for."
    • •"We don't have the budget for another full-time position."
    • •"We need programming our families will actually trust."

    WHAT CHANGES

We build coaching into the schedule and structures you already have, using evidence-based, culturally responsive programming. No new hire required.
