    Who We Are

This policy covers Village Public Health (an S Corporation) and Village Public Health Training Center (a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, EIN 93-1701910). Together we provide health education, health coaching, youth programs, and community events across Arkansas.

    What We Collect

    • Contact details you give us, such as your name, email, phone number, and organization.
    • Program application and registration details, such as school, grade, and availability.
    • Health coaching intake information you choose to share so we can plan your sessions.
    • Donation and payment details. Card numbers are processed by Stripe and never stored on our systems.
    • Basic site usage data through privacy-safe analytics that help us improve our programs.

    Donations and Receipts

Gifts go to Village Public Health Training Center, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. We use your email address to send your donation receipt and to contact you about your gift if needed. We do not sell or share donor information.

    Minors and Applications

Many of our programs serve youth under 18. When a minor applies or registers:

    • We collect only the information needed to run the program safely, such as emergency contacts, grade, and relevant medical notes.
    • A parent or guardian must provide consent where required, and may review or request deletion of their child's information at any time.
    • Student records are stored privately and are never publicly readable or shared with advertisers.
    • We do not publish student names, photos, or stories without explicit permission from a parent or guardian.

    How We Use Information

    • To deliver programs, coaching, events, and trainings you sign up for.
    • To send confirmations, receipts, schedules, and program updates you requested.
    • To keep youth safe at our events, including attendance and emergency contact use.
    • To report aggregate, de-identified results to funders and partners. We never report identifiable student information.

    How We Protect Information

Program, student, and partner records live in private, access-controlled systems. Only authorized team members who need the information to do their work can see it. Payment processing is handled by Stripe under its own security standards.

    Your Choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or your child's information, at any time. You can also opt out of non-essential emails by using the unsubscribe link or contacting us directly.
