    The W.E.L.L. Squad set this agenda together at our first meeting of the year. Read it before you come so you know how we operate, what we talk about, and what we are planning. It grows every B Day Monday.

    SQUAD RULES

    How We Operate

    Members agreed to these rules together. They keep the room safe, the squad accountable, and every trip and activity earned.

    No Judgment

    This is a safe room. Every voice gets respect, no matter the story or the question.

    Keep the Peace

    Positivity is part of this. We disagree with care and we leave the drama at the door.

    Participation

    Show up ready to join in. The squad runs on members who speak up and pitch in.

    No More Than 3 Unexcused Absences

    More than 3 unexcused absences means members are not allowed to go on trips before December 1.

    No Grades Lower Than a C

    No D or F on report cards. The squad is built on students who keep their academics in order.

    Majority Rules

    The squad votes. Decisions about trips, topics, and activities go with the majority.

    HOW WE BRING AWARENESS

    Squad Activities

    These are the activities the squad chose for the year. Members lead them, plan them, and show up in them.

    TikToks

    We use social media to bring awareness to the topics the squad chooses. Members plan and star in the content.

    Anonymous Round Table

    Questions go in anonymously and the squad talks them through together. No names, no judgment.

    Guest Speakers

    We bring in a professional and someone who was personally affected, so members hear it from real experience.

    Recruiting: Brain Costumes for Mental Health

    The squad is planning brain costumes to bring awareness to mental health and recruit new members around campus. See a member in a brain costume? Ask them how to join.
