    THE PARENT WORRY MAP

What keeps you up at night, what we teach, and what changes at home.

They are fine at school and falling apart at home.

WE TEACH: How the nervous system responds to stress, and what a reset actually looks like.

AT HOME: Your child can name what is happening instead of hiding it.

Small things turn into big blowups.

WE TEACH: Self-regulation practices, pause-and-choose steps, and calming strategies.

AT HOME: Your child has a tool before the moment escalates.

Anxiety is eating their focus and their grades.

WE TEACH: Attention, sleep, and routine skills that rebuild focus after stress.

AT HOME: Your child gets school back within reach.

They have been through something hard.

WE TEACH: Trauma-informed, skills-based lessons; no forced disclosure, ever.

AT HOME: Your child builds resilience without reliving the story.

They cope in ways that worry me.

WE TEACH: Healthy coping alternatives and how to spot an unhealthy pattern early.

AT HOME: Your child has better options and knows why they matter.

I do not know how to start the conversation at home.

WE TEACH: Weekly at-home discussion prompts tied to each lesson.

AT HOME: You get a natural opener instead of an awkward talk.
