    Parking And Drop-Off

    Park in the campus parking deck directly beside the Donaghey Student Center. It is the closest visitor option and costs $1 per exit, paid when you leave. Metered lots around campus are $1 per hour with coins, or a $3 minimum for two hours by credit card.

    Enter campus at 2801 S University Ave from University Avenue, or take Campus Drive off Asher Avenue, and follow signs for the Donaghey Student Center. Check-in is inside the main entrance and opens at 9:30 AM.

    School groups arriving by bus: tell us your arrival time on the group form so staff can meet you at the drop-off area near the main entrance.

    What To Bring

    • •A photo of your registration confirmation email (printed or on a phone)
    • •A refillable water bottle
    • •Any daily medication your student needs, labeled with their name
    • •A light jacket or sweater; indoor rooms can run cool
    • •An open mind and a friend or two

    Leave At Home

    • • Valuables you would not want to misplace
    • • Outside food for sharing (lunch is provided)
    • • Anything not allowed on a school campus

    Pre-Event FAQ

    Check-in opens at 9:30 AM. Arriving early gives students time to pick up their shirt, passport, and name badge before the opening session starts at 10:00 AM.

    The summit ends at 2:00 PM. Please plan to pick up your student promptly at the same entrance where they checked in.

    Yes. Lunch is provided for every registered student at no cost. Please note any food allergies on the registration form so our team can plan ahead.

    No. The summit, lunch, shirt, take-home kit, and health screenings are all free.

    Comfortable clothes and shoes. Students will receive a summit shirt at check-in and are welcome to wear it for the day.

    Blood pressure, cholesterol, and BMI screenings are optional and private. Only completion is tracked by our team; results are shared with the student and are never posted or stored with registration details.

    The sessions are designed for students. Parents and guardians are welcome at check-in and pickup. If you have a specific need, contact Dr. Quinyatta Mumford before the event.
